Admission Process/Checklist
- Attend a scheduled Open House.
- Open Houses for 2012 are Friday, Janaury 20 at 6 p.m.; Sunday, February 12 at 2 p.m.; and Tuesday, March 6 at 8 a.m. Please call the school office at 770-358-9432 for more information.
- If you are not able to attend an Open House, please contact Susan Bartholomew, Director of Admission, at 770-358-9432 or sbartholomew@sges.org to schedule a personal tour of the school. You will receive an Admission Packet with an Application, Teacher Recommendation Form, Authorization to Release Student Records form and information regarding the school including our mission, campus information, admission process and checklist, tuition and fees and curriculum.
- Complete the application form and return it with the $100.00 application fee.
- Schedule an appointment for Pre-K evaluation or K-8 testing.
- Send request for Teacher Recommendation and Authorization to Release Student Records.
- The Admission Committee will meet when all information is received. You will receive a decision.
- When acceptance is extended, you will receive an enrollment contract which must be returned with a tuition deposit equal to 10% of tuition and a ONE TIME $300.00 new student fee.
- Submit a copy of Eye, Ear and Dental Records (GA Form 3231 available from health department or pediatrician).
- Submit a copy of CURRENT immunization record (GA Form 3300 available from health department or pediatrician).
- Submit a copy of the student's birth certificate.
- Complete and return the Student Information Form.
