ADMISSION

Admission Process

APPLYING IS EASY

We’ve designed the admissions process to be as easy and informative as possible. And, we’re here to guide you along the way.

Wondering what the steps are?

Once you’ve done your school visit which is optional, of course, there are just three simple steps!

01.

Complete the application form and return it with the $100.00 application fee. Click here to access the application form!

02.

Schedule an appointment for Pre-K or High School assessment.

03.

Download our Teacher Recommendation and Authorization to Release Student Records forms and provide these to the current school administration.

*Admission is based on a student’s academic history, personal interview, entrance testing and teacher recommendations.*

Once all documents have been received, the Admissions Committee will review the application file and contact you. When acceptance is extended, you will receive an enrollment contract which must be returned with a tuition deposit equal to 10% of tuition and a ONE TIME $300.00 new student fee.

Checklist of Forms

If you’re transferring from another school, most of the time these forms are included with the Authorization to Release Student Records. We’ll let you know if they were not included in your packet so that you can provide them to us. For new students not transferring from another school, be sure to include these forms with your application packet:

  • Eye, Ear and Dental Records (GA Form 3231 available from health department or pediatrician)
  • Current immunization record (GA Form 3300 available from health department or pediatrician)
  • Student’s birth certificate
